• We maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in compliance with APP guidelines.
• Clients must disclose any medical conditions or medications that could affect the piercing process.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it would be unsafe for the client.
• Facet Piercing & Fine Jewelry is not liable for any adverse reactions or complications arising from our services, provided we have adhered to proper procedures and hygiene standards.
• Clients agree to release and hold harmless Facet Piercing & Fine Jewelry, its employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or actions arising from the piercing process.

5. Requirements for Using the Store

• All clients must be at least 18 years old to receive a piercing without parental consent. Minors must have a parent or legal guardian present and provide valid identification for both the minor and the guardian.
• Appointments can be made online, over the phone, or in person. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable if you reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• All jewelry used for initial piercings is made of high-quality, hypoallergenic materials. We provide detailed aftercare instructions to ensure proper healing. It is the client's responsibility to follow these instructions. We are not responsible for complications arising from improper aftercare or use of non-approved jewelry.

6. Refunds and Exchanges

• Due to the personal nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on jewelry or piercing services.
• In the case of a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.

7. Notification upon Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the client's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes to the terms will constitute acceptance of those changes.

8. Termination of Contract

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our website and services, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination, shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
